The Democracy Trust Fund (DTF) is an independent national organization building a Participatory Fund to advance women’s political leadership in Kenya. Registered as a Trust on 9 December 2019, DTF is governed by its own Board of Trustees and run by a professional Secretariat.
We provide continuous, strategic support to women seeking to participate in democratic processes — identifying, preparing, and positioning them for leadership, sustainably and strategically. Our goal is simple: to accelerate women’s participation in leadership across every sector of society.
