The Vihiga Women's Manifesto is addressed to the County Executive Committee, County Assembly, decision/policy makers, duty bearers, branches of political parties, elected and nominated leaders, and civil society organizations. Their positive reaction to the demands contained in the manifesto will ensure equal treatment and equitable participation of women and men in the county's leadership, governance, and development processes.
