DTF is an initiative of Echo Network Africa (ENA) providing continuous and strategic support to women seeking to participate in all forms of leadership with political leadership being its flagship.

The initiative seeks to enhance gender inclusion by increasing the number of women leaders in all sectors of society.  Through targeted programmatic interventions and beneficiary participation, the DTF seeks to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality.  

This is done by identifying, preparing, and positioning them for leadership in a strategic & sustainable manner thereby accelerating their leadership in their sectors.
